1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using SocialPreview, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

These Terms are entered into between you and Allinks (the legal business entity operating SocialPreview).

2. Service description

SocialPreview provides infrastructure for generating and delivering dynamic Open Graph images. Features, limits, and plans may be updated over time.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for account activity, maintaining credential confidentiality, and ensuring the accuracy of your registration information.

4. Acceptable use

• • Use the service only for lawful purposes.
• • Do not abuse, probe, or overload our systems.
• • Do not submit URLs or content you are not authorized to use.
• • Do not attempt to bypass limits, billing, or security controls.

5. Plans, billing, and Paddle

Paid subscriptions are processed through Paddle. Paddle may act as merchant of record, including collection of payment, taxes, and invoicing. Prices, taxes, and billing cadence are shown at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You can cancel future renewals from your billing controls. Access level and limits may change at the end of the active billing period.

6. Refunds

You can request a full refund within 14 days from the date of your initial purchase. Refunds are processed through Paddle to the original payment method.

7. Intellectual property

SocialPreview and its software, branding, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain rights to your own content and submitted URLs.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for security, legal, or operational reasons.

9. Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent allowed by applicable law, SocialPreview is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create material risk to the platform. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable operating entity jurisdiction stated on our checkout or legal notices, unless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
